Creating Space for Creativity: My Secrets to Staying Inspired Amidst Chaos

Finding the room to be creative when your life feels like a constant hurricane isn't about finding "extra" hours—it’s about reclaiming the small, quiet corners of your day. For me, the secret to staying inspired amidst the chaos is realizing that creativity doesn't need a cathedral; it just needs a little bit of oxygen.  I’ve learned to embrace   "Micro moments " of stillness .   When my schedule is packed, I take five minutes to just breathe or look at the sky—no phone, no notifications, no mental to-do list. This tiny reset acts like a palate cleanser for the brain, allowing new ideas to bubble up through the noise.  Another trick is   changing my physical context .   If I’ve been hunched over a laptop at my desk for hours, my brain goes into "survival mode."
